Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
I no longer want what I ordered
If you wish to return an item you have ordered, you must contact us within 7 days.
Providing you return the product to us unopened and in saleable condition, we will refund the cost of the item less £1.95 for postage.
Damaged/ Faulty Goods:
If the goods are damaged during transit or you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us by email info@pamperzone.co.uk . The damaged goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the manufactures original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. Replacement goods will be sent on receipt of returns. Faulty goods should be returned within 7 days of purchase to qualify for a replacement item or refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Goods:
If the goods are incorrect, please contact us at info@pamperzone.co.uk . The goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the manufactures original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. Replacement goods will be sent on receipt of returns. If the goods are incomplete, please contact us at info@pamperzone.co.uk and we will inform you when the remainder of the order will be sent.
No Longer Required:
If the goods are no longer required please contact us at info@pamperzone.co.uk within 7 days. The goods must be returned unopened, unused and in the manufactures original packaging. On receipt of returned goods we will arrange a refund to your credit card (or cheque if this payment option used) for the full product price - less £1.95 for postage.
We recommend that all returns are sent recorded delivery as returns that are not received will not be refunded or exchanged. Reasonable postage costs will only be refunded if goods were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt.
