What does delivery cost?
This cost is clearly displayed in the table below and will appear in your shopping basket. Additional shipping options are available at an extra cost.

We use Royal Mail.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders to addresses in the United Kingdom arrive within 1-2 working days.
Orders sent to other EU countries usually take 5-7 working days.
Orders dispatched during peak periods, such as before Christmas, may take several days longer than usual.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 5 working days.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all products on the same or next business day. If we are unable to do this for any reason, we will endeavour to contact you and give you the option of cancelling your order.
Will I have to pay anything when it is delivered? No, we ship from the United Kingdom and VAT is included in all our prices.
Some of our competitors ship from outside the European Union. Their prices often appear cheaper because they do not charge VAT. Their customers are often required to pay additional import duty when the goods are delivered.

Further Delivery Information
Delivery prices as listed above, in certain instances due to excessive weight or for bulk purchses additional delivery charges may be incured in which case we will contact you . If you are interested in discussing bulk purchase options please contacts us.
Parcels sent by recorded delivery will require a signature upon receipt.
Items that are ordered before 12pm will be dispatched that day (Mon-Sat only)
As external delivery services are used we cannot guarantee the actual delivery time, however over 90% of UK orders are received within 1-2 days.All estimated delivery lead times are stated clearly on each of the product pages
Delivery times are subject to availability, payment authorisation, processing and verification.
Please note that pamperzone do not accept liability for any failure or delay in delivering goods caused by any event or circumstance beyond its control.
Where items have been returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail, the Customer will be contacted - the order can either be cancelled (refunding cost of items only, not postage) or resent at an additional postage charge.
